All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products, courses or services once purchased.

Klarna Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

For payments made via UK debit or credit card, a refund may be requested within 72 hours of the original booking date. No refunds will be granted after this period.
