All purchases are binding.

Cancellations can only be made:

• Within 72 hours of the original booking date (only if paid by UK debit/credit card).
• Klarna payments are non-refundable even if a cancellation request is made within the 72-hour window.

No cancellations or refunds will be granted after the 72-hour period or for missed appointments
