• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48hrs hours in advance.
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiting your appointment without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or disrespects our staff.
